When I use the Pillsbury dough, I Pam or lightly oil a 15X10 inch cookie sheet and spread the dough out on that. It pretty much covers the sheet. Then I bake with no topping in a 400 degree oven for 8 minutes. I then top it (with Heather's BBQ sauce, chicken, scallion or with Heather's mushroom, rosemary) and bake for another 8 minutes at 400 degree. I think the pre-baking helps keep the crust from staying/getting soggy so if you haven't tried that maybe it will help.
