Whats a good meat for stew?       04/27/11 11:20 AM Edit Reply Quote emmasmom Reged: 09/22/06 Posts: 1710 Loc: ILL My dh was wanting some stew I have a bunch of can veggies I just want to now what woould be a good meat for this and how much broth and seasonings should I use? I miss the old stew meat it was a roast I never ate the meat just like the flavor it gave but I know its way to high in fat now.
