I actually made a new meatloaf recipe yesterday for dinner and it was really good. My husband and I both loved it. This recipe is for ground turkey but if you can eat lean ground beef I'm sure it would be good with this too or combine it half and half.I just used the turkey and it was good and hasn't given me any problems

Petite Turkey Meatloaves

1/2 small onion, minced
1 tsp. olive oil
1.3 lb 99% lean ground turkey
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup ketchup + 2 tbsp (I use Hunt's ketchup because it doesn't have any HFCS in it)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large egg (I used 1/4 cup egg beaters)
1 tsp. marjoram
salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute olive oil and onion on low until translucent.

In a medium bowl mix turkey, onion, oatmeal, eggbeaters, ketchup (1/4 cup), salt and marjoram. Divide into four equal loaves and place each loaf into a nonstick mini loaf pan or shape into small loafs on an un-greased nonstick baking pan (this is what I did).

In a small cup mix remaining 2 tbsp. of ketchup with Worcestershire sauce and brush onto each loaf to give it a nice glaze.

Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. After baking let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

I found this recipe at www.skinnytaste.com There are a bunch of good recipes at this website that are IBS friendly or easily adapted to be IBS friendly. I love this site.

Like I said this was really good. As for bread crumbs I always use panko instead of normal bread crumbs because believe or not all the normal bread crumbs I've seen have milk in them. I was really surprised by that so now I always buy the panko bread crumbs.
