IBS approved Meat Loaf recipe?       03/03/11 06:40 AM Edit Reply Quote happy2b Reged: 02/19/11 Posts: 45 Loc: South Carolina Is there an IBS approved Meat Loaf recipe that has a combination of lean ground beef and ground turkey? Would panko bread crumbs be a better choice than regular bread crumbs,(i.e., Progresso).Beef is a "trigger" food for me, but my thought was that this might be an easier way for the body to process it.
