Ricotta Cheese Substitute       10/06/10 05:22 AM Edit Reply Quote gizmo Reged: 07/28/10 Posts: 239 Hi. I was wondering if anyone had a good ricotta cheese substitute using tofu? I've been searching the web and there are a lot of different recipes out there. Some tell you drain the tofu others don't. I'm just not sure which to use. I was wondering if anyone had a good one.
