Any chocolate lover's dream! Virtually fat-free! Heaven! 1/2 c. applesauce 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 t. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/2 c. cocoa powder 1 1/2 t. baking soda 1 t. salt 2 c. shredded zucchini Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. Mix applesauce, sugar, and vanilla. In a separate bowel, combine flour, cocoa, soda, and salt with a fork or whisk. Stir into wet mixture. Fold in zucchini. Spread evenly into pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Dust with confectioner's sugar, if desired. Cool and enjoy! *Cut into 40 squares these brownies have 58.2 calories and 0.2 grams of fat.
