Hey everyone,
I wanted to share my pizza success with you all! I made my own personal pizza last weekend with the Glutino gluten free frozen pizza crust, housemade sauce from my local organic foods store, spinach and, (okay, I cheated) Organic Valley Italian Blend shredded cheese! And you know what, the cheese didn't bother me at all! 
Now of course, I am not telling you that cheese is safe food. I know that many of you avoid dairy at all costs, but I have found that hard, well aged cheeses don't give me any problem.
But if you want a good crust to start with, glutino is a great start!
