Raisins are a double whammy: insoluble fiber and fructose. It doesn't mean IBS-Ds can't eat them it just means we have to be extra careful to make sure they're preceded by or combined with soluble fiber. Since the oatmeal in the cookies should serve as SF, you'll probably be okay as long as you tolerate oatmeal but if you're nervous, start with far fewer raisins and see how you do.
