Awesome Low Fat Cake       04/17/09 07:33 PM Edit Reply Quote Rebecca1013 Reged: 04/05/09 Posts: 144 Loc: Catasauqua Pennsylvania I mixed a box of betty crocker yellow cake mix with 1/2 c water and one 15oz can of pumpkin....the cake was sooooo delicious, dense and moist!! ( i usually buy organic mixes but i wasn't sure if it would work with the pumpkin, i have been avoiding wheat/white flour because i thought i was having probs with gluten, but i had no reactions to this ) I made a very light frosting almost a glaze of confectioners sugar, water, and a little almond extract..
