Easter Sunday meal?       03/02/08 10:36 PM Edit Reply Quote Viajero98 Reged: 11/29/07 Posts: 29 I have just been given the joyful task of putting together a menu for my family of four for Easter Sunday. I'm a little new to cooking but I'm so incredibly excited as I've recently found a new love for it. I have Heather's cookbook and I know there is the recipe archive on the site but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what might work well for that sort of meal? My family loves meat and salads and I'm a huge fan of bread. I've got IBS and my dad has diabetes (and is one of the pickiest eaters I've ever met!).
