It is still insoluble, but when you cook insoluble, it makes it easier to digest. When you puree insoluble, it makes it easier, so in this soup you get it as safe as possible. Eat it with lots of saltines or bread for your soluble base, and you should be fine. I also take beano as a backup, which should also help.
