So far the earth balance stick works for me. But I have also using organic unsweetened applesauce to replace oil or butter and its lowfat. I also found organic brown rice syrup in my local HFS. It is gluten free and is FF with no Trans fat or saturated. This can be use of honey,sugar, maple syrup fro baking, energy bars ect.. -------------------- IBS-C gas, bloating and acid reflux Babies is the plan for 2008!!Hope this IBS cooperates.
