But for baking, I've been experimenting with different things and trying to decide what's best. I not only need non-dairy, but also really low-fat, and good fats, for my cholesterol. I found Earth Balance Buttery Sticks. They may be the best, but the Saturated Fat level is still pretty high. I heard Benecol is better, but can it be used for baking? Thanks!!!
