They're like an ice cream samwich, and they come in vanilla or peanut butter "ice cream" with a chocolate cake "samich." They come packaged in very small individual servings, so you don't have to be tempted to eat a huge serving. They don't bother my tummy at all; I've had as many as 3 at a serving (but not often!).
