Broiled shrimp in "butter sauce" over rice

Like everything else I make, amounts of each item used are up to you. My recipes are very forgiving and easy to tinker with.

1 lb. 30-40 count cooked shrimp (this means there are 30-40 shrimp per pound of this size)
1 C rice, steamed
Tony's seasoning or other Cajun seasoning
Earth Balance buttery spread (it's vegan)
Italian Dressing (check for dairy)

-Set your oven to Broil
-Steam your rice.
-Rinse, and if necessary, peel the tail off your shrimp and be sure they are completely deveined.
-In a cake pan, lay out all of your shrimp and pour ~.5 to 1 C Italian dressing over them.
-Using your hands, mix the shrimp around until they are all well covered with dressing and spread them back out.
-Sprinkle Tony's seasoning over shrimp.
-Broil shrimp for about 3-4 minutes on each side
-Throw shrimp over steamed rice and add a little "butter" for taste.
