(Still cleaning out that freezer, Melissa!) They were very good although they definitely lacked structural integrity - they tended to lose their bottoms when I took them out of the pan. Still, it's nice to know they taste yummy with frozen strawberries. I've been wondering about trying other fruits (fresh or frozen) and an extract other than almond. Maybe I'll cruise the extract aisle the next time I'm in the grocery store and see what looks good. (Blueberry with lemon?
