A friend of ours gave us a big basket of lemons at Christmas and we decided to use them for this.
Heather, this is soooooooo good! We loved it and everyone we shared it with loved it, too!
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
1/2 C fresh lemon juice 1/3 C granulated sugar 1/2 C water 4 C frozen fresh peach slices, very slightly thawed (*we used Dole jarred peaches in light syrup and it came out quite well)
Combine all ingredients except the peaches in a blender and blend well. Slowly add the peach slices a few at a time and blend well after each addition. Pour into glasses and serve immediately with a meal.
**We doubled the recipe and it came out great! (If you double, make sure your blender is big enough!)
