This sounds so good. I love Rachel Ray. Her show comes on at 6 PM in my area (so cal) and dh isn't usually home until 7 so I watch as I cook dinner. Then I always wish I was having what she is cooking rather than what I cooked! Some of her recipes get to be a little far fetched (I guess if I had to come up with something different every single night, mine would be too), but I do like her approach. How many bottles of EVOO do you think she goes through in a week?
