6 tbsp. vegan margarine 3-1/2 cups confectioners sugar 1/2 cup sifted cocoa powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 cup soymilk 1 cup of chopped nuts (if desired)
Lightly grease a pan. Place all ingredients, except for nuts, in a double boiler. Place over simmering water and stir until smooth. Add nuts (if desired) and pour mixture into prepared pan. Chill.
I'm thinking about trying this with maybe 4 Tbsp of Soy Garden & no nuts and see how it comes out. It doesn't say what size pan though, so I don't even know how much it makes. But, fudge is worth the effort to experiment. I'll let you know if I have any success!
