1 8oz container of Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese (plain flavor) 1 package Knorr Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
Crush dry vegetable soup mix well or use the chopping blade of a mixer until the dry soup mix becomes more of a course to fine powder.
Blend well with the cream cheese. Refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors blend. This is supposed to be a thicker dip/spread, but you can probably adapt it by adding a bit of unsweetened soy milk (I recommend Silk brand). You may also want to add more or less of either of the ingredients after they've had time in the fridge, if the final product doesn't taste quite right to your palate.
This dip/spread is great on rice crackers and would probably taste really good on a bagel, pita bread, or other crackers that you can tolerate.
