These are yummy!       07/30/06 09:20 AM Edit Reply Quote Sand Reged: 12/13/04 Posts: 4490 Loc: West Orange, NJ (IBS-D) I made these this morning. Rice milk instead of soy milk. I did not top them with the sugar and cinnamon. Cinnamon just didn't sound good with strawberries, although after I made these I found another similar recipe on the Boards that also calls for cinnamon, so maybe I'll try the topping next time. However, these are delicous even with no topping. They're good hot out of the oven and cooled. And they're very light. The next time I make them, I think I'll cut back on the almond extract a little so I can taste the strawberries more.
