A small roasted turkey or chicken with mashed potatoes, cooked carrots, peas, gravy (fat free of course) and a side salad.
In Canada, you can buy a bone-in double turkey breast (both sides) and then you get the great roast turkey taste without all the dark meat and the work.
I've become stubborn in my old age, that IBS safe food is perfectly acceptable to anyone who sits at my table and if they don't like it, TOUGH!!!! So there. I refuse to go out of my way to make something I can't eat.
