I always just put the noodles in the bowl - nothing scientific about it. The noodles are quite long and kind of stick to each other, like pasta does, so you can just kind of coil it around in the bowl if you want to. Think about taking cooked spaghetti and putting it in a bowl, and laying it in a circle so that there's a little bit of an "indent" in the middle. But honestly, that's more work than I go through.
