Shelf life of unopened tahini       03/28/06 04:36 AM Edit Reply Quote atomic rose Reged: 06/01/04 Posts: 7013 Loc: Maine (IBS-A stable since July '05!) Ok, I googled this and couldn't find an answer... maybe I'm just spastic this early in the morning, but who knows. Anyway, I know that the shelf life of a jar of tahini is about a month after you open it, but what about an UNopened jar? I have a huge unopened jar of the stuff in my pantry, and it's a couple months past the sell-by date. Anyone know if it's ok to use? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
