Ginger Tea , Bedtime Tea & Ginger detox tea with Turmeric

Ginger Tea
1 teapoon powdered ginger 1 cup water 1 teaspoon honey
Boil water. Add ginger and honey. Boil 5 minutes. Strain and serve. Cool and sip slowly, this can be served over ice.
Bedtime Tea
1/4 cup dried chamomile 1/4 cup dried linden leaves 2 teaspoons dried mint 1 tablespoon dried oranges, blossoms 2 tablespoons dried lemon verbena
Combine all ingredients in a bowl,stirring to combine. Store in airtight container. Use 1 tsp per cup of hot water,let steep a few minutes,strain and drink. These ingredients can be found at herb shops and health food stores.
Healing Ginger Detox Tea With Turmeric
2 cups water 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1/2 lemon, juice of
Bring water to a boil, then add powdered herbs. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain tea into a mug, add maple syrup and lemon, stirring to combine. Drink warm.
