I agree--I was going to use either raspberry or blackberry organic all-fruit spread. I'll skip the powdered sugar.
I'm totally keen on WW CONFETTI CHICKEN.
(But I am serious about her "Bowel Buddies!" She stocks up on those $10/bag cookies. I think they've got 100 calories & 10 or 11 g of fiber/cookie. They are cello-wrapped in 2's, so that's a 20-22g hardcore IF snack she eats everyday. Honestly, I felt like putting Gas-X or Beano in her stocking at Christmas!)
