But I've never been a fan of cream cheese anyway, so I'm not a very good judge. Actually, I didn't care much for the cake at all. I'm used to real gooey carrot cake, and this one tasted too damn healthy! If you're really craving carrot cake, go for it -- but I recommend leaving out the cornmeal and the icing.
