WW CARROT CAKE       01/11/06 01:07 PM Edit Reply Quote Bevvy Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 5918 Loc: Northwest Washington State I just made this (see pic below), substituting soy cream cheese, soy milk, and "Egg Beaters." Note that the cake is only comparable to one layer, not a full-size bundt cake, and one serving is one-twelfth of the cake. Nevertheless, it smelled incredible throughout the house, and I'm anxious to dive into it!
