Assuming you want chips and dips, snack-type food, I like: From EFI: Bruschetta with White Bean and Almond Dip Smoky Eggplant Hummus Fresh Tex-Mex Guacamole Honey-Glazed Snack Mix (I make it in the oven, not the microwave) From the Recipe Board, I just love Shell's Artichoke Hummus. Don't tell Heather, but I like it at least as well as her Smoky Eggplant Hummus and it's way easier.
