I most often cut them into bite sized pieces and marinate in a bag and the stir fry. I imagine you can grill or bake as well. If I baked, I'd probably cook for about 40 minutes to an hour depending on the thickness of the breasts. This sauce is also delicious on veggies. I stir fry any assortment in it.
