Cakelike Muffins?       10/14/03 02:09 PM Edit Reply Quote kickyfast2 Reged: 09/16/03 Posts: 21 Loc: St. Louis, MO I'm hoping you can lend some insight into my dilema: We are having a meeting at my work, and everyone is bringing a little something to snack on for the few hours we'll be attending the meeting. Well, I know I'll only be able to eat if I bring something IBS safe, but I also want it to be something they will enjoy as well. I was thinking about baking up some muffins, but I know everyone has a sweet-tooth and i don't think the bread-like muffins I make (i.e. pumpkin muffins) would suffice. Does anyone have any ideas for a sweet, cake-like muffin.. or anything else you might suggest for the meeting? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
