Easy banana cake- it's a winner!       12/19/05 05:43 PM Edit Reply Quote Little Minnie Reged: 04/16/04 Posts: 4987 Loc: Minnesota I made this up tonight and it turned out well- moist and light. 1 box white cake mix 2 large ripe mashed bananas 3 egg whites 1c Kame light coconut milk Bake according to package directions in the pan of your choice. I put a little nondairy whipped creamer on it but you could experiment with frostings. There are 48 grams of fat in the whole cake. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
