Half Christmas & Half Birthday Cake!! (picture included)       12/16/05 11:22 PM Edit Reply Quote Shell Marr Reged: 08/04/03 Posts: 14959 Loc: Seattle, WA USA We are having Christmas at my Parents this Sat (12/17), My Mom's birthday is the 18th and Dad's is on Christmas Day....so I make a cake that is 1/2 birthday and 1/2 Christmas! This is Heather's Peppermint Fudge Cake, w/icing of 1 cup powdered sugar, 1-1/2 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract.
