I am finding it hard to know what to eat for lunch and dinner. I am vegetarian and find that my diet seems to be so full of bread bread and more bread. I am not a huge fan of tofu. I love beans/lentils but can only tolerate in small quantities and not too often. I used to eat loads of salad and never realized it was one of my triggers until recently.
