Has anyone made Heather's Double Decker Sweet Potato Pecan Pie? If so, do you have an estimate of how many sweet potatoes it took you to get 2 1/2 cups mashed? I'm thinking of making this for Thanksgiving and want to make sure I get enough!

2 large potatoes yielded three 2.5-3 cups for me. 2 lrg or 3 med should do it.~nt~
