3 cups water 1 lb ground turkey cooked 1 med onion, chopped 2 ribs celery, chopped 2 medium carrots, chopped 1 cup frozed corn 1 cup frozen green peas 1 cup frozen green beans 1 Tbsp butter (I use Smart Balance Lt) 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp celery salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1-1/2 cups rice, uncooked
In a large saucepan, combine the water, turkey, vegetables, butter and seasonings. Bring to boil. Add the rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Fluff with fork.
