Linz, I love your idea of gathering together recipes of different cultures! I love finding new SAFE meals by looking into different regions of the world. I have a friend from Ethiopia who is introducing me to the amazing cuisine of his country... and most of it is totally IBS safe (not to mention, delicious).
Now I think I'm going to make borscht this weekend...
