2# ground turkey breast 2 large onions, chopped 3T. minced garlic 1/2t. each salt and pepper (or to taste) 3T. tequila 1 can whole tomatoes (chopped in can a little) or diced 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce (can add last bit if needed) 1 can tomato paste 1T. paprika 1T. oregano 1t. chili powder 4 small red chilies, chopped, preferably serrano 2 cans drained dark red kidney beans Brown meat with onions and garlic. Add remaining ingredients in a crock-pot or dutch oven and heat gently as long as desired. Add beans later if desired so they don't get mushy.
Dh still raves about this. I make Heather's simple sweet cornbread in a cast iron pan with it. I threw that meal together on Thursday in about 45 min!
