I think I made it more confusing than it could be. Doesn't the ice cream recipe call for peppermint extract AND creme de menthe? I have the extract, but I want to use creme de menthe FLAVORING instead of regular creme de menthe liquor. I assume the creme de menthe flavoring is much stronger than the liquor- I might be spelling that wrong- so I wanted to know how much to change the recipe forthe flavoring.
