Sweet Potato Fries       09/02/03 12:10 PM Edit Reply Quote till Reged: 02/11/03 Posts: 712 1 tsp. course salt 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes 4 sweet potatoes peeled 1/4 c. olive oil 1 tbsp. chopped rosemary Slice potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut into 1/2" edges. Put in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Toss. Put on greased cookie sheet, single layer. Bake 500F, 10 min., turning once. Serves 8. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
