Shell...       05/08/05 07:24 AM Edit Reply Quote retrograde Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 1569 Hi Shell! This might sound kind of gross, but I do this often when I can't get home before going to the gym. My protein powder is pretty good in that you don't necessarily need a blender to mix it. So I bring a juice box of soy or rice milk and a large jar with protein powder in it and then right before or after my workout I just pour the milk in and shake it up like crazy. I take it in a lunch bag/cooler thingy (or you could keep it in the refridgerator, obviously) so it stays pretty cool all day and doesn't get gunky at all. Tastes good too, IMHO!
