Nutritional yeast isn't brewer's yeast. It's this pale yellow flaky stuff that you can only get at health food stores, usually in the bulk section. It has a kind of odd, cheesy flavor, and is often used in vegetarian cooking to make things taste like cheese. It is very, very nutritious. I actually like the taste of the stuff plain, and will sprinkle it over rice or veggies.
