Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread/Muffins--for Kandee

Thanks for the compliment on my new photo, Kandee! I like to change things up every once in a while. My pumpkin muffin recipe is different from this one, so here it is if you'd like to give it a try. They're very tasty! 
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread/Muffins
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup oil (you can sub more applesauce instead but I'm fine with this since the recipe makes such a large amount)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
8 egg whites or 1 cup Egg Beaters
2 cups canned pumpkin (solid pak)
1 cup chocolate chips (make sure they're dairy-free)
Mix all ingredients (chocolate chips last).
If making loaves, pour into pans sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
If making muffins, fill paper-lined tins (or tins sprayed with non-stick cooking spray) 3/4 full and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set.
Note: Makes 1 large bundt, 6 small loaves, 2 regular sized loaves, or 24 muffins!
