The number of loaves will depend on the size of your loaf pan(s)... it should fit into one large loaf pan, but if yours are on the smaller side, you might need to use 2. Bake at 350... it will probably take an hour, maybe even a bit more, but you can start checking it at 45 minutes, just to make sure it doesn't overbake, especially if you do use smaller pans.
