how well they stay set up and cold?       01/05/05 02:08 PM Edit Reply Quote Shell Marr Reged: 08/04/03 Posts: 14959 Loc: Seattle, WA USA I've been really dizzy in my weight class and the instructor suggested that I eat something an hour before but does not think that a Luna bar is enough.... SO........ Do you know how well they stay set up and cold? Do you think I could make it at 6AM and keeping it in a thermos that is stored in the refrigerator at work until 5PM for the drive home before I go to my weight class at the gym at 6:30PM?
