Actually, as much as I know about cooking, it wasn't until my father visited me last month that I discovered the best way to cook a sweet potato: BOILING it, whole. I had no idea. If you cook it that way, the skin literally falls right off. I also wouldn't know a yam from a sweet potato if you put both of them in front of me. I rely on whatever the grocery store tells me. Anyway, glad to hear it came out good! Looks fantastic!! What do you think about putting marshmallows on it? Think it would work? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
