I haven't made these since starting the diet but they should be okay. Like all my recipes it is really loose. 1 can salmon, drained (hub likes the little round bones removed) 3 egg whites some saltine cracker crumbs lemon juice 1T. low fat mayo should be good dill weed (dried is fine) old bay seasoning (season well)
Shape into four patties and saute until warm and golden brown but do not overcook. I hope I am not forgetting anything. They are more moist with more mayo of course but...
