Hi all-

i'm a newbie here and still trying to navigate the IBS shuffle.

I have been amazed at the impact of subtle diet changes and am inspired to manage this a bit better.

Here's the question: i am living in a live/work w/o a kitchen. I need to figure out ways to eat that do not require cooking ammenities beyond a microwave.

Does anyone have any down-and-dirty microwave or no-cook recipies?

i have been blending- the smoothie recipes on the board and in Heather's book are great but woman cannot live off smoothie alone. Or something.

Thanks for any suggestions!
