I just made this and it is pretty good not quite like the full fat banana bread.
1 1/3c bananas 2/3c sugar 1/4c soy milk (I used soy vanilla) 1/4c applesauce (natural no sugar added) 1/2tsp vanilla 3/4c egg beaters 2 2/3c bisquick (you could prob use reduced fat) heat oven 350. Nonstick spray 9by5by3 pan. Stir bananas,sugar,milk,applesauce,vanilla and eggbeaters in large bowl and then stir in bisquick. Bake 50 to 60 min. you might want to try and add a little more banana.
