I personally have not tried it yet, but will with the soy and let you all know. Pumpkin Soy Cream Cheese Spread 8 ounces soy cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg Blend all together well and chill for at least 1 hour.
